Doomfist Heading to Overwatch July 27
We got a date!
by Doomfist is indeed a very rare scenario. Just his name alone and a gauntlet in a cinematic trailer roughly one year ago was enough to completely consume people with intrigue, speculation, anticipation, and excitement for a hero that we had absolutely no information about.
Doomfist has been available to play in the Overwatch PTR since his initial reveal, but Blizzard has just released a new hero preview along with a release date. Doomfist will be available on the full version of the game on July 27. The hero preview itself dives deeper into how Doomfist was originally created, and the thought process that went into making him a worthy villain that met the fans expectations.
