Hey Doom Fans! Guess what? It looks like your looooooooong wait is FINALLY over and Doom appears to be on its way and from the looks of it, it will be revealed in much grander fashion at this years Quakecon 2014!

Not much is known at this moment about the game other than the fact that you can register for the Doom Beta in which we reported on while back. The game itself has been through a number of revisions as the development team has had some turnover, most notelably with John Carmack leaving and the name changing from Doom 4 to simply "Doom" which implies a reboot of sorts?

While it's debatable on whether that's a good idea, the fact is that some modern Doom is better than no Doom at all, right? For now, feast your eyes on this Big Bad that will probably make us cry and beg for Mommy...
