So, Doom is still lingering around the corner, and we still haven't shut up about it. And we don't have a reason to today, since those that own a next-gen console or a PC will soon be able to taste Doom's multiplayer beta in open form. The super gory and violent FPS will be going from closed beta to open beta between April 15 and April 17 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. You'll only be playing on two maps--Heatwave and Infernal--two game modes--Team Deathmatch and Warpath--and one demon to invoke. The developers have also decided to show a sneakpeak of DLC. There will be three multiplayer add-ons, priced at $15 each, or you could save $5 by purchasing the season pass. The first will release during the summer and will contain three new maps, a new weapon, demon, armor set, equipment and more customization options for your marine. Fortunately, not everything will be priced, since additional gameplay modes and content for SnapMap tool will be free. In the meantime, you can check out some various trailers as well as more information about the game.
Still, it's exciting that everyone will be able to play, huh?
