Awhile ago, it was announced that those that pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order in 2014 would eventually access the exclusive closed beta of Doom. Well, it's finally happening, as Doom will be entering Closed Beta on March 31, 2016, and will be for any player that pre-ordered The New Order. Luckily for everyone, the multiplayer beta will run until April 3 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
And for those that don't have access to the closed beta, there's a consolation prize awaiting you--a new trailer showing off the game's multiplayer. The multiplayer actually resembles Quake III Arena, but with some new items such as demon power-ups. According to some, the multiplayer is like a blast from the past, so if you're interested in "going back to the good ol' days," then you may want to pre-order Doom, which will be available on May 13 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
