Filled with gothic elements, the MMORPG aims to immerse players into a world that is renown for its darkness and horror. In fact, this game is an allusion to the darkness of the real world, including the history and appearance. You'll notice a striking resemblance of the game's cities, the values, and even opinions. However, the game will focus on the darker side of humanity. Not only that, but within the world lies the supernatural--vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and more.
According to Denis "AiryKai" Petrov, Founder and Lead designer at Prelude Games Factory:
"We're an independent studio that consists of gamers. We believe it's a great opportunity for us to share our passion for games with people all across the world. With our Kickstarter campaign launching on November 24, we will be bringing a plethora of rewards to our backers. We will be posting new updates regarding the development cycle, as well as releasing a new wealth of information regarding the game. Visual descriptions will also be published to give players a better understanding of what they're getting, along with the 'Backer Tiers' and pricing."
Here are some features to expect from Dogma: Eternal Night:
- The possibility of perma-death will keep you on edge and force you to carefully think through your actions.
- Dynamic environment - this reacts to players' every action. Your actions can influence others as well as the world around you.
- No boundaries - develop your character the way you want. There are no class or level restrictions.
- Live in-game events - bringing the players and main story-arc characters together, whom you know, love, and possibly hate from the Dogma story while encompassing all facets of the MMORPG world (PvP, RP, and PvE).
