Ready for some Divinity: Original Sin 2? Well, if you're not, you better be prepared. We already know that the game has been funded, but it's also reaching its stretch goals at an astonishing pace. Currently, the game is sitting on $1,260,533 pledged of its $500,000 goal, meaning it has reached four stretch goals:

$700,000 - Strategist Mode, which is an incredibly tough difficulty mode for "die hards" from "die hards."
$850,000 - Pick a Skill Tree, which gives you a lot more freedom of choice.
$1,000,000 - Racial Skills, which adds more diversity to the game.
$1,200,000 - Undead Origins, which adds a playable undead race to the roster. Who wouldn't want to play as an undead?

There are two stretch goals left--Pick a Skill Tree II and The Hall of Echoes--which I think will happen by the time the campaign is over, though I have to wonder what The Hall of Echoes is. Sounds like a big post-game dungeon, but who knows?

To drive up further excitement, Larian Studios will be live-streaming Divinity: Original Sin 2 while answering questions from the community. Look forward to the stream Wednesday, September 9, at 12 PM PDT/7 PM GMT. In the meantime, you can always check out the Kickstarter campaign for the RPG.
