Fortnites latest season is taking the game back long before the age of Man. And now, the local natives have taken notice. Dinosaurs have taken to the playing field. But dont worry, theyre not always your enemy.

Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 6, dubbed Primal, features a new Raptor NPC. These creatures will attack players, should they feel threatened. And if defeated, they provide a valuable material (dinosaur bones) that can be used to craft and upgrade their weapons.

Its not just a hunting spree, however. With a bit of care and patience, you can tame a raptor and have it follow you around as an ally. This includes attacking enemies, should they get too close.

So far, were about two weeks into the current season. Theres still about a month of the current season left, so theres time for more creatures and features to be added.

Let us ride the raptors! Theyd make for amazing single-person mounts. I could finally live out a dream Ive had since I was 7 to ride a dinosaur.
