The teaser trailer for Destiny's second expansion, House of Wolves, has confirmed several features for Guardians, including an increased level cap, a new area, and new gear upgrades.
A brand new social area, titled The Queen's Bay, will be unveiled, and the light level cap will increase to at least 34, according to the teaser.
The short clip reveals a glimpse of The Queen's Bay, located in the Reef of the Awoken. Players can travel there to loiter with fellow guardians, purchase items from new vendors, or interact with new NPCs like a Fallen creature.
New upgrades for current raid weapons and armor such as the Fate Bringer and the Warlock's Cuirass of the Hezen Lords will also be released. However, no fresh raids will accompany House of Wolves.
Bungie's community manager Deej, creative director Christopher Barrett, and community member Gothalion will host the official livestream of The House of Wolves, debuting tomorrow on Bungie's Twitch channel at 11 AM PST/2 PM EST. Viewers can expect a tour of the Queen's Bay and its new item vendors.
Destiny: House of Wolves will be available on May 19th.
