There's one thing that every Destiny player can agree on, whether they hate the game or love it, and that is that the character creator is god awful. One of the first things you notice about Destiny is that the number of customization options for your character is alarmingly scarce. Throughout Destiny's existent all the way to the unveiling of Destiny 2, players have requested more customization options, especially the ability to add facial hair to your guardians.

Well, don't shoot the messenger, but it's now been confirmed that no such feature will come to Destiny 2. However how bad you wanted your guardian to rock a wicked beard, you're simply out of luck. Lars Bakken, the lead designer of Destiny 2's PVP mechanics confirmed via Twitter that there will, in fact, be no beards in Destiny 2. Whether or not he has made this decision out of spite for not being able to grow a beard of his own is unknown at this point in time. Regardless, the beard tyranny has not met its end just yet.
