The Dark Souls series has always been famous for being exceptionally difficult. The same can be easily said for Dark Souls III. However, this is the first time the games have brought players to the end of the world. That's where players are going in the newly announced, final DLC for Dark Souls III: The Ringed City.

Check out the announcement trailer below.

The new expansion has players tracking down Slave Knight Gael as he tries to find the Dark Soul of Humanity. This quest brings gamers to the end of the world and a haunting city filled with new challenges. There will be new bosses, creatures, characters, armor, weapons, and magic.

The Ringed City is expected to hit stores on March 28th. Hopefully, it will a suitably epic end to the game. I say this in regards to previous news that Dark Souls III will likely be the last of its kind. If a new title is coming, it will likely be drastically different. So here's hoping that the coming end of the Dark Souls world if a fitting one.
