We all know that one day it's inevitable that video game graphics will look essentially "life like". Well, CryEngine 3 is on the fore front of that development and the next step on our inevitable march towards completely photo realistic games.

The trailer for the engine, created by Crytek, the studio behind Crysis, looks pretty amazing. Hopefully by the time the next gen consoles are out this might be in utilization. Check out the new CryEngine video below:
