Why, PlayStation, why?

Augh, just announce it already!

Yes, I'm referring to Sony's constant teasing with Crash Bandicoot. Just recently during the PlayStation Experience, Shawn Layden sported a shirt featuring the beloved orange mascot, which got players itching for any announcement. Unfortunately, nothing came to light. However, PlayStation Middle East actually tweeted an image featuring Crash bandicoot all cross-armed and redesigned. Above the image is a statement:

"Most wanted person... Where are you Crash?"

The redesign raises a few brows, but I try to pretend there is nothing. I can't risk a bandicoot heartbreak at the moment. Apparently, there's a ton of interest in Crash and people want to see the franchise revived.

So it's about time that you have something on your plate, isn't it? Then again, Crash Bandicoot is owned by Activision, which hasn't gained a lot of brownie points as of late. If they don't manage to screw it up with excessive DLC, then maybe Activision can win some fans again.
