A heavily rumored game going into E3... and Microsoft did not disappoint at their press conference. Development duties this time around are being done by a studio named Cloudgine. The best new of all, series creator Dave Jones is heading up development after sitting out on the last Crackdown game.
The game does retain more of a Borderlands-ish art style that was present in Crackdown 2. There is also promise the game will take advantage of cloud computing.
