Rick May, beloved voice actor in video gaming and beloved educator, has passed away over the weekend after contracting COVID-19. He was 79 years old.

Rick May’s list of roles was small, but noteworthy. Perhaps his most iconic voice role was the Soldier in Team Fortress 2, but he also played Peppy Hare and Andross in Star Fox 64, Dr. M in Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves and Wingnut in Pajama Sam 2. He also contributed his voice talents to SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs, Claw, and Age of Empires 2: The Age of Kings.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family during this troubled time.
