Project Spark, the "Game Creating Game" announced at last year’s E3, just got a new trailer released at THIS year’s E3 during Microsoft’s press event. Check it out below:
A pretty neat trailer, but what probably caught most eyes was the Conker cameo at the end. Which struck me as a little odd, all things considering. It has, in fact, been ten years (nine, technically) since the last Conker game, which was actually just a reboot of the N64 Classic remade for the Xbox after Microsoft purchased Rare, which makes the cameo doubly confusing. Not only is Conker not terribly relevant, he’s also not exactly a family-friendly character to be included in what might otherwise be a game designed for all audiences.
Still, it’s bound to be exciting for some people. There’s no news yet on exactly what Conker’s role will be in Project Spark.
