On March 19th, Nexon Europe proudly announced the Closed Beta of the highly-anticipated multiplayer first-person shooter Combat Arms: Line of Sight. The Closed Beta will begin on March 31st and will end on April 2nd, running for a period of 48 hours. Players can sign up for access between March 19th and March 30th.

Unfortunately access will be limited, but if you want a shot at the Beta, you can sign up on the website here.

Once a player has registered, they will receive an on-screen acknowledgement as to whether or not they have successfully secured an opening for the the Beta or if they are placed on the waiting list. Upon March 31st, an e-mail with the link of the Closed Beta game will be sent to all approved participants.

Quoting Rob Noble, representative of Nexon Europe:

The Closed Beta marks the first time the community gets some real hands-on time with Combat Arms: Line of Sight. Player feedback will be invaluable in helping us take the game from strength to strength.

The Closed Beta will feature 4 maps of "contrasting envinroments," 19 fully customizable weapons across a range of classes, 6 PvP modes, and 17 unique superhuman powers and combat senses.

Though it may be a bit late, the first 1,000 players to register will receive the hero character, Ivanov, reserved only for the Closed Beta. However, everyone that participates will receive an in-game badge and earn "unlock points" for the second beta, which will be announced in the future.

If you want to know more about the game or have any questions, you can refer to the Nexon Europe FAQ of Combat Arms: Line of Sight.
