Coma Remembered, a brand new title that was showcased at E3 this year, is taking a very interesting path for gaming. In the game, the main character is you, the player. You are placed in a coma and take a journey to a dream world inside your own mind. In this world, you're fighting against forces convincing you to give up, allow yourself to never wake up, and die. The only way to defeat these forces is with, of course, your most cherished memories and the help of your loved ones.

Your loved ones can be summoned in certain situations to help you fight against the dark, overwhelming forces in your subconscious. It puts a heavy emphasis on love, happiness, and memorable experiences that everyone can relate to. Instead of creating a lovable character that players can relate to, the game wants you to turn inward and put yourself into the storyline.

Deep games like this sit well with some, while others tend to steer clear. I've barely scratched the surface with this one and there is plenty more to see. If you want to see gameplay and an interview, feel free to watch the video down below. You won't regret it!
