Did you know there has been a 3DS Emulator lying around on internet? I surely didn't. When I searched for an emulator once (don't look at me, I own a 3DS!), there weren't any 3DS emulators that were coming along. Well, apparently one has been since I last checked several months ago.
Citra, which has been in development for some time, now plays Nintendo 3DS games in high resolution 3D. Games like Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds look simply incredible in a higher resolution.
The Citra emulator, which is open-source, supported several 3DS games, but there is still a lot more to go. There are currently audio and stability issues, but things seem to be coming along just fine. It's all a matter of creating a stable platform that supports the Linux, Mac, and Windows PC.
However, we are not condoning pirating in the slightest. This is still really cool, however.
