No word on why.

For unknown reasons, the Western-themed first-person shooter video game Call of Juarez: Gunslinger has disappeared from Steam, the Xbox Marketplace, and the PlayStation Marketplace.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is a linear first-person shooter game developed by Techland and published by Ubisoft. The game's main focus was on shooter elements like bullet-time and quicktime events to dodge.

This was the fourth in the Call of Juarez series. Released in 2013, it was widely considered the best Juarez game. Twitter user Wario64 noticed that the title is no longer listed on Steam, XBL and PSN. Interestingly enough, the demo for the game is still available in these markets.

Ubisoft has made no statement as to why this has occurred, though I have reached out to them for a statement. Normally when a game leaves a marketplace, it's due to the IP changing hands. Duke Nukem has had it's fair share of relistings as it's ownership changed. Alternatively, this might also indicate a remaster is in the works. Only time will tell.
