They have recently announced via Twitter that the dedicated servers have now returned to all platforms in conjunction with an update to the PC version.
STATUS UPDATE: We've returned XP to normal progression and our PC Game Update is now live. Continuing to roll out dedicated servers globally, and monitoring results. More updates to come. Keep the feedback coming! #CODWWII
STATUS UPDATE: Global Dedicated Servers are currently live on all platforms. If you experience any issues, please be as specific as possible in your replies by including connection type wired/wifi, NAT type, and region. Also, please include @ATVIassist.
While the dedicated servers are fixed, Headquarters is not. Headquarters is Call of Duty: WWII's social multiplayer lobby feature comparable to Destiny's Tower, or PUBg's pregame lobby. After causing severe networking issues, it was disabled shortly after launch and remains in a single-player only state.
Previously we reported about how Call of Duty: WWII is delaying the introduction of microtransactions due to technical issues. The launch of this game has been one of the rockier endeavors I've seen from a Triple-A title. It's good some progress is being made towards improvement, though they still have farther to go still.
