Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Sales Down 50 Percent Year-Over-Year for November

To clarify, it's only referring to retail sales.

Well, the Call of Duty series just might be on a serious decline... when referring to retail sales, anyway. It was recently reported by the NPD that retail sales Infinite Warfare were down 50 percent year-over-year for the month of November.

This is 17 percent below NPD's expectations, selling close to 50 percent less than Black Ops 3 back in 2015 during the same month. Again, this is not including digital sales, which have been on the rise and should seriously be taken into account.

Fortunately, NPD has begun to track revenue from full-game downloads through the following services: PlayStation Network, Steam, and Xbox Live through the Digital Games Tracking Service. So hopefully we could receive a clearer picture of sales.
