And I thought it was just gonna be called "Comet."

Here's a neat little rumor for you to sink your teeth into: NeoGAF user "Kifimbo" has spotted a new Bungie trademark, which suggests that Destiny's first September "Comet" expansion will be titled "The Taken King."

Destiny will undergo a massive overhaul later - added areas, gameplay systems, and more - in the fall, and the logo of the trademark suggests that the story will approach the Hive race once again. Eurogamer suggests that the Taken King could be a reference to Oryx, Crota's (yes, the same Crota you defeat in The Dark Below) father. According to the leaked schedule, this "Comet" expansion will contain far more contain than the add-ons we have received. The leak also suggests that the expansion will be released in box form, perhaps separate or packaged with the main game.

But before we even think about the "Comet" expac, shouldn't we currently turn our attention to the House of Wolves add-on, set for arrival on May 19th?
