Build-A-Bear Workshop Announces Animal Crossing: New Horizons Collab

We hope you have enough Bells. Build-A-Bear Workshop, the popular stuffed animal store, has announced an upcoming collaboration with Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Announced on Wednesday from the retailer's Twitter, a new Animal Crossing: New Horizons line of products will be coming soon. They provide a link to get updates via email, but nothing else.

This leaves us with countless questions. Which villagers will be offered in the collection? We can assume Isabelle and maybe Tom Nook. But what about popular villagers like Raymond, Bob, and Judy? Will they be built in-store, requiring us to pick out the deflated flesh pile of KK Slider to be stuffed manually? Or will they be prebuilt? Will they offer a sound widget inside that plays KK music?

In hindsight, this collaboration is right in line with Build-A-Bears marketing strategy lately. Theyve taken on a fair number of cross-promo projects as of late, including Pokémon, Sonic, and even their own Baby Yoda. With the massive success of Animal Crossing, and the cute friendly style, they seem like an ideal combo.

Lets just hope stock lasts long enough to get one in time.
