The world of VR is about to get just a little bit more amazing this holiday season. In-development VR title Blade and Sorcery will be coming to early access this December.

Announced with a new gameplay trailer, VR fantasy action game Blade and Sorcery is nearing a publicly available state. The fantasy action game bolsters "realistic" combat, where the way you hold and swing your weapons matter, as well as integrated magic systems. Fire a sword at high speeds with telekinesis, or simple shove it through their face.

The game features a level of violent accuracy uncommon in gaming in general. The curvature of an axe can catch a blade, pierced weapons will stick into an opponent, and electrical magic will be more conductive through metal parts than wood. Pairing this level of depth with virtual reality has led it to become one of the most anticipated VR titles as of late.

Blade and Sorcery will be coming to early access this December for an undisclosed price. It can be wishlisted on Steam now.
