Black Desert Online is an unconventional MMO that was ported from the east and is now making its way onto Steam. Black Desert Online is definitely very unique compared to the common cookie-cutter MMO, and because of that, it's been doing increasingly well since it made it's way to the western market, so well in fact that it will be coming to Steam on May 24th. Black Desert Online is a buy-to-play MMO without the need for a monthly subscription.

So far, no details regarding a price tag have been shared, but the developers have said that the Steam version and the Original game will both be exactly the same, as well as being updated at the exact same time.  Sadly, players that have already made a Black Desert Online Account will not be able to transfer over to the Steam client but there doesn't really seem like a reason to do so for the most part other than accessibility and convenience.

A list of commonly asked questions for the Steam version of Black Desert Online can be found here.
