Bandai Namco will be taking a huge step into the future by opening the largest VR entertainment center in Japan. VR ZONE SHINJUKU is located in Shinjuku Kabukicho Tokyo will open on Friday, July 14th and it is specifically designed to give guests the most immersive experience possible with the latest VR technology and games. It will feature over 15 virtual activities, including some pretty amazing new IP's.

One of the new IP's coming to VR ZONE SHINJUKU attracts attention more than the others, and I'm sure you can guess what it is.

Whether or not Mario Kart VR will actually make it out of VR ZONE SHINJUKU and into our laps in North America is anybody's guess at this point, but we can only hope and dream. If you're feeling like a trip to Japan, reservations for VR ZONE will be available starting June 16.
