So that should have been it, then. Warner Brothers could let it go public, test it a bit more, then release it to the public so we can be done with this mess, right?
Wrong. Turns out problems land on Warner Brother’s lap the way criminals do on Batman's, because for some unknown reason the official re-release of the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight have been pushed back yet AGAIN--this time to late October.
Why? Here’s a half-assed explanation:
“As many of you know, we released a major patch for Batman: Arkham Knight PC a few weeks ago. While there were significant performance improvements made to the game, the teams are continuing to work on the additional updates that were outlined in our previous post, We expect these updates to be ready at the end of October, at which time the PC version will be made available for purchase. In addition, support for all DLC that has been released for the console versions will be in place."
So, yeah. Just ‘needs more work’. I very much doubt this is intentional or anything out of the ol’ WB, they have nothing to gain by pushing it back and looking even more incompetent, but still, it’s not too much to wish they would get their act together already. It’s been well over four months now, guys--c'mon.
