A long-requested game mode is finally making its way into EA's premiere battle royale game, Apex Legends. Duos mode is coming in an update next week.
Announced via Twitter, Duos mode will be released "for a limited time" on November 5.
Apex Legends centers around three-person teams. But not everyone can manage time with two other trusted individuals. Developers Respawn Entertainment experimented with solo games back in August, and now they're testing out two-person teams.
Meanwhile, players can participate in Apex Legends' third season "Meltdown," running now until February 2020. The new season features a new game map called World's Edge.
