Following the departure of Erik Wolpaw and Mark Laidlaw (Writers on both Half-Life & Half-Life 2), yet another member of Valve has left the studio. Chet Faliszek, writer for Half-Life 2: Episode One, Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Portal, Portal 2, Left 4 Dead, and Left 4 Dead 2 has left Valve after 12 years of faithful service. As we all know, Half-Life 3 is not a reality and it probably never will be, and this is more assurance of that already well-known fact.

Chet Faliszek explained that his departure "was nothing exciting or drama filled". Faliszek went on to say that he has no future plans to announce thus far. We here at GZU wish him luck in his future endeavors.
