Android 17 will be the next fighter to join the Dragon Ball FighterZ roster, coming as early as next month.

According to the latest issue of V-Jump, parsed by Ryokutya2089, the robotic fighter will be joining the recent Dragon Ball fighting game. They'll be based on the Dragon Ball Super form, and will come complete with a Space Arena stage. He'll cost 500 yen to download, or about $5 USD.

Android 17 will possess three super specials:
  • Barrier Explosion - He surrounds himself in a barrier to perform a dash attack
  • End Game - a fast, combo attack from behind the opponent
  • Super Electric Strike - A meteor attack that charges up a whirlpool in both hands, which launches at the opponent.
Alongside the character are a few content updates for Dragon Ball FighterZ. This includes a new stage, Space Arena, as well as Halloween themed Z Capsules with lobby characters and stamps. The seasonal items will only be available through November.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC now. The Switch port of the game will release on September 28.
