Already talking to publisher about it, anyway.

Another super corporation is joining in on the video game streaming service industry. Amazon is planning to launch their own download-free game service.

According to a report by The Information, Amazon is ambitious about releasing their own service that would stream gameplay to the user. The same report claims that it wouldn't be available until 2020 at the earliest, but that the company is already talking with publishers about establishing some available titles for launch.

This is the latest in a slew of similar services to release or enter development. Microsoft also has plans for a streaming service for this year. There are even reports of the tech company to develop a streaming-only console to release in 2020.

Last year, Amazon launched GameOn, a cloud-based streamlining tool that would allow developers to organize leaderboards, competitions, and even real-world prizes to their games.

Amazon has their hand in everything. Why not this as well?
