Nintendos E3 presentation was just earlier today, and it happened. It was far from Nintendos best showing, but there were a few interesting nuggets sprinkled here and there that could result in something kind of like hype.
Unfortunately, that does not extend to the trailer they lead the presentation with, where they showcased the new fighter joining the Super Smash Brothers roster: and while its not an anime boy or a old Fire Emblem Character, it would be dishonest to say its a very exciting choice with that said, please welcome Tekkens Kazuya into the frey.
Ill grant them this: the trailer was pretty funny. Especially at the end. But otherwise, outside of rounding out the holy trinity of classic Japanese arcade fighters (the other two being Street Fighter and Fatal Fury, obviously), I cant say Im too excited about this choice. And with only one slot left before the game is finished, that means the odds of getting someone as hype as Banjo Kazooie was is pretty dang low.
Either way, its what we got. And the music will be dope, too.
